This was my first time riding this trail. Beautiful car drive to get there, which gets you in the mood for riding in the hills. When I got there, I met a local rider named Scott. This was his home trail and he was very helpful in giving guidance on riding the trail, he recommended I ride it counterclockwise, which spreads out the climbing throughout the ride versus all at the start.
Trail was very well made. Rock gardens, great berms, some tight switchbacks, and some great downhills. My favorite part was cresting the mountain and having the beautiful view of Hanging Rock. This made the climbing worth it. I would definitely recommend this trail for intermediate to advanced riders. Fun time!! I rode two laps, and the second lap was of course faster than the first.
