Description: The Kokopelli's Area Trail network could possibly be the best collection of trails in Colorado and maybe the entire southwest. Miles of super fine singletrack with amazing views makes Kokopelli's a World Class trails mecca. Most trails can be ridden in either direction EXCEPT Horsethief Bench and Rustlers. Trails ranging from easy to ultra-technical with some exposure in some sections. All around fun anyway you ride.

Rode this today - perfect. I like this route: Park at Loma trailhead, up the road to Troy Built, Lion's, Mack Ridge, down to Mary's then Horsethief and Rustler's. Opposite is good too - climb up Mack's isn't bad and more downhill on Troy's - pick your poison. If you're into abusing yourself, go to Moore Fun. Fantastic trail network that just doesn't get old.

Highly recommend Mary's Loop/Horsethief Bench. Terrific views and really fun technical riding. I will never ride the drop in to Horsethief, but it's fun to dream.

I like this trails. There trails for every skill level. One day is not enough to ride all of those. And views are incredible. Some drops and jumps and a lot of rocks adding more fun. Lucky those local people who can enjoy that ride anytime :)

Great single track. Amazing views. Some nice climbs with rewarding downhillers. Stayed an extra day in Fruita to finish riding the upper portion of the loops. Absolutely worth it!

What a fantastic amount of variety packed into a nice area easily accessible. You can make it as small or as big as you want. From the novice-frienldy Rustler's Loop to the trials-like Moore Fun to the positively insane entrance to Horsethief Bench, if you can't have fun here, you can't have fun. And all the while you've got the great scenery riding the ridges and benches above the Colorado River. This network is a must for any MTBer.

There are better places to park. A.K.A. Kokopelli Loops.
