Description: The map is at http://data.gc.peachnet.edu/www/clubs/mtnbike/Gmap.htm. The trail is good for rides with children - if you feel too tired you can cut it short at the middle by taking the doubletrack back to the golf field. Not too much climbing, a few technical places. LOTS of animals - deer, bunnies, whatnot ;)

I rode this for the second time Sunday evening. Its a great trail if you have a new bike your not used to. Its was fun both times but better the second time b/c of me being in better shape.

Absolutley a beginners trail! A fun one at that! Easy to navigate and mostly open track. I've riden here four different times and it's a quick and easy way to warm up for the more technical trails in the area.

Great beginner trail and very well maintained. Most climbs and descents are gradual and there are easy bridges over major stream crossings. Great signage and trail markings. Mostly smooth tread (just a few short, mildly rocky/rooty sections).

Short and winding beginners trail. Watch out for the runners and animals. As a beginner trail, don't expect any challenging climbs and it's not super fast due to the winding singletrack. But, it does flow pretty well and the trail is well maintained. Great place to take a beginner and get a couple laps in.

Rode here for a second time today, and checked Jim Parham's "Off the Beaten Path" for the trail length. He listed it as 3.5 miles in length instead of the 5 listed here. It definitely feels more like 3.5. However, it is a really fun, fast, flowy 3.5 miles. Some of the turns are ridden in enough to feel like berms all along the length of the trail. Fun ride!

My 1st time here. Nothing too hard, but still a good workout. Trail is not marked very well. This time of year its covered in leaves, and I must have missed a turn at the end and did not finish where I should have.

Hit it up today! pretty easy, and a decent workout if you go balls to the wall. It had no challenges. But i saw a 8ft black snake, had a standoff with 2 deer from 20ft away, many fearless squirrels are everywhere, and a turtle. Pretty cool. I would say it is boring if u ride slowly, but fun if you beast it!

I'd rate this trails a boring. Just mundane with no real features or challenges. If you can get to this trail why not just go a little further down the road to the Chicopee which any beginner could ride and has more intermediate portions that are optional. Good wildlife. Saw a mama turtle laying her eggs when I rode it.

a really quick five miles, it goes by so fast! the trail is actually pretty decent, quite comparable to the easier sections of chicopee, or parts of yargo. watch out for runners

A good system of trails to get your heart rate going (I typically ride it as a time trial)... Not technical at all and therefore a good place to bring a buddy who is new to our sport... Well maintained and easy-access... THE BEST NEWS is, it will be linked up with Chicopee SOON!
