Description: The trail is a paved path, it is designated as part of the East Coast Greenway. The trail winds for miles through a beautiful blend of trees, with spectacular views of the river. The terrain is slightly hilly. In addition to the wooden bridges, including one covered bridge, there is a 700-foot boardwalk through the marsh and wetlands near Clark Park.

This is very limited for mountain biking, and full or walkers/runners. It is fully paved with some elevation changes. Great for running, road biking, or hanging out with the family.

Don't really take the mountain bike out here. I have taken my road bike out just to blow the dust off of it because it is paved. There are also quite a few geocaches in this area, if you're into that sore of thing.

Paved, good parking, great for nice family rides. Lots of runners and walkers. Take my family at least twice a month.

Good cardio and training ride. Really get to stretch your legs out and use your low gears

I am a beginner but totally enjoyed a lunchtime outing on this trail, Plenty of scenery and wildlife to enjoy. Well marked w/ plenty of security phones.

The trail and Google map shown are for the All American Trail . Cape Fear River Trail is just south of the VA Hospital. It's completely paved with some elevation changes. It's a good place to bring the family .

Pavement but nice scenery, nothing demanding good path for more general public friendly.

Good for family rides with moderate endurance (some hilly areas). Completely paved. Zero technical skills required.

this is not a singletrack as you can see from the photos, but it's a good relaxing way to get out with the wife and kids and enjoy a nice bike ride through the woods. there are some elevation changes and a pretty steep one on the ride back.
