Description: A perfect park for beginner mountain bikers or a short after-work ride. There are maps available at the parking lot and the trails are all very well marked. From the parking lot, cross Arastradero Rd for the majority of the trails. The trails are mostly doubletrack/fire- road with short singletrack shoot-offs. Nothing technical here, just 1-2 climbs that will get your blood pumping. Check out the "bowl" off the bowl loop where you drop in a steep but open section of trail and a few cranks in high gear will carry you out the bowl.

AWESOME trail for begginers and fun for chillin ridding.

This trail is one of my favorite get away trails. The bathrooms and running water at the base ensure that you can stay at this park as long as you want (or until a ranger/officer locks your car in). While this park isn’t the most challenging park in the area it isn’t boring either. If you get onto the single tracks you’ll find a modest ascent with some technical turns. Once you reach to top of the park though there is a little “playground” for bikers who want to do jumps and such. This park is perfect for a quick ride after work, or if you want a quick ride on the weekend. The one downside of this park is that the equine riders often ride their horses here. While every one of them I’ve encountered has always been nice and polite, their horses do make a bit of a mess (manure & ruts in the trail). Bottom line is, if you only have an hour or so to get a ride in, you can see the entire park and get a decent work out here.

The trails are really easy but the mountain bike park at the top of the bowl loop is a lot of fun.

went there last weekend and had a great time. Perfect for riding with people of different skill levels. My wife likes to ride flat and smooth single track and the main loop fit the bill. I had fun on the side courses w/ nice jumps and drops to play around on. Very easy to access if you don't want to drive all the way up to Skyline Blvd.

I Biked on this trail today on my brand new bike, a great trail to get used to a new bike, because it is a very easy path and got some great scenery. I also tried out clicks on this trail and it was great that it wasnt to hard, because since this is my first time on them. Nice trail to get used to equipment and nice after school trail.

Let me start by saying that this ride was my 3rd time back in the saddle in 10 or 12 years. That said, it was a pretty easy ride nonetheless. There was a bit too much horse dung for my tastes. I'm OK with mud stripes, but other stuff turns me off. If you live or work in the area and don't have much time, it's a good place to add on a few miles. Otherwise, head up into the hills a bit for better scenery and more challenging terrain.

Good for begginers, nothing special but lots of wildlife. deer, coyotes and foxes and snakes. Great place to practice though, not very crowded and nice scenery after climb.

Nothing technical, lots of wildlife. There are a couple of jumps off of one of the bowl loops. Nothing difficult aerobic. I did enjoy flying down a couple of the hills. Lots of hikers for a weekday evening.
