Review
This is a review for the new 2010 XC2 carbon. I had never ridden the old XC, but from what I have heard, this bike is even better than the old!
I am extremely happy with my purchase of the XC2. I race and ride cross country and this bike is the first out of the starting gates. It climbs like a goat and is stiff and tracks well for when I am absolutely rallying the descents.
The 1.5" headtube is stiff and tracks like a F1 car. The carbon monocoque construction is strong, stiff, and transfers the bb power to the drivetrain like a rocket, waaay better than any aluminum or scandium hardtail I have ever ridden, and plain looks good.
On top of it all, it is very reasonably priced.
Blue is a small company and it doesn't have much market recognition, but this bike worth anybodys time to check out.

Pros
Super stiff, light, and responsive. I just finished my first ride on it and liked it so much that I just had to leave a review for others. I haven't been on a hardtail for 6 years and I can say I'm very happy with my choice of going back to a hardtail not only because of the efficiancy of this bike but also how stiff it is while climbing. I've ridden Trek Fuel, BMC Stroke 1, Giant XTC, and Cannondale Scalpel and this Blue kills them all in my book.

Cons
Not available in very many locations, had to special order it and then wait as Blue was out of stock. Also it has attachment points for rear V Brakes ; \ like anyone will actually go back to V Brakes to save the 100 grams.

Review
Comes with Reba Shock, SRAM X 9, V Force FSA Cranks, and Mavic Wheels. Not to bad for 3,000 bucks. I'd recommend this bike to any of my friends, as long as they were an experienced rider. This bike is not intended for comfort, speed is the number one factor here.
