Description: This is the best riding on Cape Cod period. The best stuff is through the woods, its mostly single trail with some fast little down hill sections and excellent little climbs that just flows together. Its got some pretty technical sections. As far as length, i spent the summer riding out there and i didn't cover all the possible trail combinations. Also there is a chance you could get turned around and somewhat lost but its all part of the fun(unless its getting dark of course). Anyways anyone up in that part of the woods its definitely worth checking out. Oh by the way there is a gun range next to the trails don't be alarmed, after all i'm here to write about it . Oh also this trail is LEGAL to ride on!!!!!

One of my Faves. Closest trail to my home. 1st rode here mid 80's and their were quite a few miles of mostly washed out Motorcycle trail. $ Fast forward a couple decades and with help of NEMBA Cape Cod and local trail maintenance heroes we now have a 30+-miles of killer single track. Also many miles of fire roads that criss-cross the trail system linking them for easy bail outs. Trails are marked well thanks to our local Tree warden and friends. *NOTE* Get a map online or at D.O.C in Barnstable before you go in(you will get lost otherwise). Mostly smooth, fast and rolling but this trail makes you work though...Drains real well' has a nice mix of terrain. A good rider can clear almost any hill but there are some tough quick climbs. This Trail has a nice view into Sandwich called the "lookout point", it is the highest point on Cape Cod. You can do it... Really love this place, i train a bit here but mostly just have fun. I will post a current video soon of T.O.T. (Trail of Tears) as it is known. Other places nearby include the beach, good for the post ride... Chi

Real real real nice singletrack. Mostly hard pack and tight. Rode the red trail then veered off and did the other side of the power lines. Did all sortsa loops. Tough to see the trail sometimes with all the undergrowth crowding the trail. Map woulda been nice since I kept getting turned around. Not technical but lots of steep short climbs, generally loose and rocky. Some surprisingly sweet drawn out downhills too.

Great singletrack that is hard packed. Great technical sections. Some tough climbs to make the lungs and legs burn but you are rewarded with nice fast downhills. Challenging rock gardens. Really enjoyed my three days riding here while on vacation with my family.

Something for everyone, tough up hills, sweet fast downhils, technical rock gardens, obstacles for free riders. This is one of my favorite places to ride. Nice hard packed single track.

Similar Trail: Mass military reservation/ Otis Airforce base. Just dont get caught near the actual base.

NICE!!! There are many more miles of trails than one can ride in a day here. Just technical enough, some nice natural obstacles.
