Description: Waverly is a great park. It is a combination of old ATB and four wheeler trails with handmade MTB single track....I believe in thanks to the KYMBA. The trails are somewhat technical with the park itself divided into a few different areas. There is no certain path to follow so experiment and find a loop you like. It's got tons of climbs, lots of half tight single-trac, and some decent downhills(One of which is called the Luge). Clockwise is the standard direction most follow.
You will have to forgive me if I am not as detailed a reviewer as some I have read on here. It is a great trail. I prefer it over all I have ridden in KY. It reminds me a lot of Brown County, but much shorter of course. The trails are well maintained. It is a good intermediate trail, more for the cardio needed and not so much for the tech. There are never many people there so I like the blaze it as fast as I can. There are some tech. spots but nothing too harsh. I ride this trail when it is wet all the time and because they keep the trail so compacted you can still fly without slipping. Overall it is a fun trail that everyone should put at the top of their lists for KY trails.
