Description
It was great to try to create some mountainbiking near the Grand Canyon, However, this network of MTB trails isn't very inspiring. It's worth a spin only after the family is tired from hiking the canyon and want to kick back in the hotel room.

Review: I recommend starting this ride from the Arizona trail head at the Grandview lookout tower accessed from inside Grand Canyon NP and finish at the Tusayan trail head. We park at the roadside parking area just off highway 64 inside the park. This gives you 17.5 miles of mostly downhill riding with beautiful single track for most of the first half of the ride. Abandoned forest service roads make up most of the second half. Nothing very technical and definitely not very crowded. Beautiful ride through the forest that is great for beginners and experienced riders alike.
