Description: Townsend Ridge Road Trail is located in Hobbs State Management Area. The trail is 100% singletrack and is a multi-use trail. Expect to see very little other trail traffic, but you could also encounter hikers & horses. The surface is mostly hard packed with some sections of loose gravel. The entire trail is in a wooded area and has two major hill climbs in either direction. The trail connects to two other shorter loops near Townsend Ridge Road.

This trail is really smooth and really fast, with a lot of short interval climbs and decents. If you like getting a lot of speed with minimal effort, on a great all-singletrack trail, Hobbs State Park is the spot in NWA! This is for sure one of my favorite rides in the area, and the trail is pretty new, in great condition and there is not a lot of traffic there... so have a blast!!

The name of trail, based on signs on the trail, is "Little Clifty Creek Loop", see trail photo. I originally called the trail "Townsend Ridge Road Trail" because that's how I refer to it, not because it is the "official" name. "Hidden Diversity" is the name of a geocache, but some people refer to the trail as "Hidden Diversity Multi-Use Trail".

The name of this trail is not the "Townsend Ridge Road Trail". The trail name is the "Hidden Diversity Multi-Use Trail".
