Description: Trail comprises of a network of singletrack, double track and fire road. Some of the singletrack has very technical climbs and descends that will suit riders that like the tricky stuff. Trail is short in length, about 7km for a loop, there are a network of trails running trough the area so you can venture down other tracks to make it longer being a fairly small area most tracks end at roads or suburban backyards.allthough when linked together makes a very interesting ride .Also makes an excellent after work ride.

this trail network has a few hidden single tracks which are not easy to find but are the best sections to ride and are also important to link the loop together, these tracks are also becoming rather over grown in places and some track maintanence is needed.if anyone out there with a gps (and knows how to use it) would like to map this loop i would be happy to show them around send me an email

Rode here last summer before i knew it was the grind. lots of variety in such a small area, its can be as easy or hard as you care to make it as there always seems to be a cross trail ahead to get you out or into trouble.the route i took led me to an old stone staircase followed by an even older small stone bridge past that was a technical dense washed out singletrack climb leading to close fire trails leading to the power plant .one thing when i rode there it was mid summer and it was heavily overgrown as it seemed to have little traffic and there was thousands of golden orb spiders making webs across the trails i did the spider dance quite a few times during the ride,not sure what it is like in winter though. all in all a great ride.i hope more people ride it to clear out the spiders.
