Description
Maps are at the gate. fire road will drop from a 1000 feet to 800 feet where you the climb to 2700 feet in 3.9 miles. Few resting flats a couple of short down hills so you can climb a little more. Great views of the bay area
There are longer rides, locals do some strange coffee stop through town, up Kennedy down to Lake Lexington then bike path to town.

Review: Nice ride but not a lot of SingleT. Lots of people around, even on a weekday morning. Often, the climbing is exposed but you grab some views from the top. A few very steep sections.

Review: STEEP! everyone was blowing a gasket in grannygear, but for one fool on a single speed(me). there are some pitchs that are most likely mid 20% to mid 40%

Similar Trail: Mount Diablo, Mitchel Canyon, Oat hill, Mount Tam, Mount Saint Helena.
