Description: From the gate, follow the singletrack off to the left. It should make a turn up the hill, and start heading towards a big grassy field. Look towards your left in the bushes, and very quickly you should see a trail that drops into the trees there. Hit that! It is an amazing section of trail that swoops up and down in the gully. Afterwards, just keep following the singletrack. The singletrack will join the ski trail occaisionally, but there is a well-worn route to follow. Just keep following it, and follow any signage. There is a downhill-type trail that spurs off the furthest corner of the main cross country loop, if you wanna hit it. So yeah, just follow the trail all the way around the mound, and you'll get back to the start. Sprinkled around on the trail there are a see-saw, some very fun bridges, and drops and jumps on the downhill section. Enjoy!

I rode this trail only once before it was closed for winter. To describe it shortly I'll say You won't get bored there. It has everything for every skill level. And with all those breathtaking views easily could become next IMBA Epic Trail. Definitely one of the best trails near Twin Cities.

When I rode it, this trail had some great singletrack with plenty of variety ranging from jumps to rocks to man-made bridges and teeter totters to super swoopy sections to tight switchbacks. Last I heard a freeride/downhill section was under construction here. Definitely a trail system to watch!

Lots of variety from fast flowy singletrack, steep ascents and descents and gnarly rock gardens. The landscape of the area (limestone bluffs in the Mississippi River valley) leads to some spectacular views and riding. One thing to make note of, the area at the top of the bluff when you enter is also an off-leash dog area.
