Review: Good track for beginners. When this track was built they tried to do a lot with a small area, mission accomplished. The climbs are smooth and non Intimidating and although there is not a whole lot of downhill here there is a good amount of tight turns. The sand can slow things down in spots but nothing to bad. If you just looking for an after-work ride to get in a few laps this could be the place for you. If your looking for a longer ride than maybe an hour you might be bored here.

Review: This trail is very convenient to I- 25 between Denver and Colorado Springs. It is inside the city limits of Castle Rock just a few blocks from the central business district. Although it is network trail system I like to ride it as a loop. I usually ride the trail counter-clock-wise. If you ride it in this direction you just need to take right turns and you'll go around the perimeter. This ride is about 1.75 miles long and the total climb is about 250 feet. The trail is very narrow singletrack with a lot of tight turns. It is somewhat sandy in spots but is very rideable. I usually do three laps in well under an hour and to me it's a real good workout.

Review: Very small area. A complete outer loop is only about two miles. There are a couple interior trails so you could do multiple laps without duplicating yourself too much. Nothing techncial and just one climb to speak of, but it's on a consistently easy grade, so it shouldn't scare a noob. This is probably a good place to take a beginner.

Review: This is very nice singletrack, but not technical at all. Fun for introducing beginners, an after work ride or for bringing the kids.
