Description: Some nice singletrack in places, lots of fireroad. Can be sandy and a bit rocky. Seems like there's some trails on the east side of the ponds and the trails on the west side are a bit different.

This is usually my park of choice since it's closest to me. At the front of this park the trails can be a bit muddy and steep. Eventually as you ride back uphill past the pond the trails get drier. This all depends on the season, Summer is the best here. The best trails in this park are the ones that start at the Parking area to the left. There is a massive hill to climb and ride down. After this there is twists and turns leading to even more hills and eventually you'll end up on the biggest downhill in the park. You'll have to be care full if your a beginner it's very rocky and there is a drop to the left. I'm unsure of any other trails, but I have gone off course to some more flat terrain but it's boring. Oh yah be carefull of the sand pit towards the pond.

Similar Trail: Carver State park

Started sprinkling as I hit the trails, but I figured I'd be able to get two laps in - before long it was raining and the "slushing" so I ended after finding my way back to the parking lot after one loop. Followed the blue blazed trail which is some rooty singletrack with some quick climbs here and there. Lost the trail after coming back across the main trail and ended up in a sandy motocross area. Finally found my way back and hit some more trails, which ended up being part of a "heart healthy" trail. Looked like there were some other unmarked singletrack in the area as well. Could be a decent ride with multiple laps - and better weather (it got wet and cold!)

This is a nice little park with about a seven mile loop. The initial part of the trail is some very nice and flowy singletrack. There are some rooted section as well as some loose sand sections. Once you get south of the ponds area that are several areas of steep climbs and descents. There is also a small area where you can tell there is some motocross riding.
