Description
A non technical twisty singletrack loop that is an off shoot of Bartram Trail with some good views of Lake Thurman. It used to be two smaller loops but the Corp. of Engineers re-routed it to one loop. At the far end of the loop there is a small conector to the Lake Springs boat ramp/picnic area.

Review: I traveled from Maryland to ride trails in this area. Rode this loop clockwise. Nice views of the water. Twisty turny and narrow singletrack. The most difficult part was the stairs to the dock. Difficult to get lost because the trail is well marked, not that many intersections, signs, and not that long.

Review: I tend to ride this along with Bartram Trail, this adds about 3 miles each way. I find this an enjoyable addition. It does have a different feel than Bartram. I have also used this as a training loop, ride hard for a loop, take it easy, etc.
