This trail will force you to take control of your ride! The more you ride it the better you will get at riding over large rocks and loose grit on trails. The trail has four possible routes now, with the longest being 4.5 miles, the next is 3.5 miles, then a short loop that is about 2 miles, and a very small loop of just over a mile. With a lot of exposed roots and loose rocks, it is advised to take your time on your first ride. The climb to Bald Knob is an excellent climb with switchbacks and some boulders, so testing your bike control and legs is moderate. The downhill from Bald knob is a blast and will get your blood pumping when flying over the loose rocks and trying to stay on track! Enjoy, be safe, and remember, leave nothing but your tracks!

From Nashville head East on I-24 to 840 east (toward Knoxville). Exit on Couchville Pike and turn left. Approximatley 4.5 miles to Bryants Recreation Area of Long Hunter State Park, Road is on the left at a sharp right turn, so it is easy to miss. Parking lot is approximately .5 miles down on the left.
