Description
4.5 miles of twisty singletrack with plenty of roots. What this trail lacks in climbing, it makes up for in tight, twisting trail.

Review: Rode this for the first time yesterday. This is a fun, twisty, trail. It is hard to believe they packed in 4 miles of trail in such a small area. You definitely have to be on your toes, as just when you think you have the trail down, it throws a couple of surprise turns in & it's all you can do to not smack a tree. At four miles, you have to do a few loops to make it worth the trip, but it is a fun trail to ride.

Review: I clocked about 4.5 miles on my gps for this trail. Tight and twisty is right, can't carry much speed. Would probably be a worth riding in mid to late summer when it is bone dry. This trail is in a low wet area and doesn't shed water. Kinda swamp-like in areas, I expected to see a hobbit or maybe bigfoot in some areas. Lots of deer and rodent tracks.

Review: This trail is packed into a very small chunk of timber next to the fairgrounds, so the 4+ miles are tight and twisty. However, it is mostly clay, and not much of the trail gets sunlight, and to go in late May in Michigan is a bad mistake. Very slick in some spot, and loose and sticky in the other spots. When we first started at the trailhead, it didn't look like it had much traffic, and we soon found out why. This probably won't dry out until late June or so. For me to travel around an hour to ride, I would rather go somewhere else.

Review: Just rode it for my first time and was quite impressed. It amazed me that there was 4+ miles packed in there. Lots of corners and quite a few small but fun ups and downs. Trail is marked quite well and even most hazards (stumps and stuff) were painted bright orange. I ran it without stopping and playing around, but there was a new teeter-totter thingie that surprised me. Oh! Watch out for the pot-heads going the wrong way on the trail (I thought I was going the wrong way after passing 4 of them)... they certainly weren't there to exercise if you know what I mean!

Review: This is a short but fun romp through the woods with plenty of roots and lots of twisty stuff. Most of it is well marked - just follow the orange posts. All the stunts are on the by-pass and none are very technical.
