Description
This is a nice trail system tucked away in a well established recreation park. The trail starts at the end of the parking lot at the bottom of the hill. The first trail is blazed blue and it's rooty and a bit tough to follow due to the multiple spurs and cut through trails. Just keep following the blue trails and you'll be cool. After about half a mile you'll see a sign saying "End of City Maintenance" or something to that effect to the right. Head in this direction for the good singletrack. Some of the trail seems to have been destroyed due to recent development but the loop to the left was completely in tact on 5/8/07. After this loop follow the blue, green, and red blazed trails to finish the ride (though it's tough to do without backtracking a fair amount). The trails are a bit rooty with some steep spots but definitely a fun ride.

Review: No longer as good as it was, a large portion (about 75%) of this trail has been closed by the town of Garner, leaving about 2 miles at best. No longer worth the visit - sorry if you never made it, it used to be a very nice trail.

Similar Trail: Anything else is better. Close trails are Legend in Clayton or Harris Lake.

Review: Great spot for a quick ride. It has 2 super fun loops, but it is a pretty compact park.

Review: pretty good trail, not that hard. has a couple of good whoop-de-doos and some difficult rooted climbs.
