Description
The Fullerton Loop is a fairly popular ride right smack dab in the middle of Orange County suburbia. While it’s not going to win any awards as the next big mountain bike destination, this 11-mile loop right in the center of Fullerton is easily accessible to the residents and makes for a great training ride or a great loop after work.

Utilizing a number of different trails and greenways and unmarked sections of singletrack, the loop is surprisingly easily to follow. There are a few spots where you might need to look at a map to figure out which road to take to connect back to the trail, but for the most part you just need to look for the bike tracks and see where they go!

While most of the main trails are wide, multi-use doubletrack, there is a ton of singletrack options off to the side, many of which are well-defined and are even marked. There are a few jumps and drops thrown in at intervals to keep things interesting, as well as I few berms/wallrides, including one that’s about 10 feet tall!

If you live in Fullerton or are staying here for a while, you should definitely hop on your bike and go check the trails out.

Review: Great ride for being right in the heart of suburbia. It's no destination trail, but it was a nice, easy ride that my legs appreciated as a change of pace from the grueling climbs that I've been putting them through!

Review: This was the second trail I have ridden. It was definitely a begginer trail. There are a couple parts that have a very small climb. Decent work out for someone that is barely starting to mountain bike. If you don't want anything technical then this a good trail for you.

Review: this is a fun easy trail to break in you new riders. i ride it alot since it takes me about 15 min to ride there. the trail is popular with hikers runners and bikes. so if your having trouble finding your way most people are glad to point you in the right direction. i like to start at laguna lake off of harbor and hermosa but the justice center off of harbor and berkley is a good spot to start too. ride the trail clockwise!

Review: Popular spot in the OC where you can change up your ride from easy & relaxed to somewhat challenging. I ride the more technical stuff with the guys, and can change it up the next weekend and bring my girlfriend to tackle the easy stuff.

Review: It was my first time riding this trail. I printed the map but did'nt need one. There are so many other bikers, hikers and joggers that were friendly enough to help out. It has a few big uphills but the downhills make it well worth it. I'm going to take my 7 year old next time. It was an hour drive from my place but worth it. Going to tell the guys at work on monday.

Review: Incredibly fun. Rode this trail a lot with my brother and dad when I was younger--when I actually used to ride a good bit. It's incredibly scenic and takes you through the best areas of Fullerton, including the beautiful Coyote Hills.
