Description
single track.. well over all this is a good trail system one of the best marked trail systems i have ever ridden. there are even maps at the ranger station. if you park of at one of the small side streets you do not have to pay to park either. it is a good ride but be sure to get a map and ride the loop up heart attack. then down the log run.

Review: The trails here are not very technical but there are some good ups and downs. It is a nice place to get in a quick ride if you live close by. I imagine it gets pretty muddy when it rains because there was already some mud across the trail even though it hasn't rained in a long time.

Review: Well maintained trail with few surprises. There's enough elevation change and technical bits to get a pleasant rush, but look elsewhere if you are a veteran who requires a genuine challenge. Don't let the modest square footage of the park fool you, there's now roughly 11 miles of great single track. I agree with jhanson22: grab a map from Phil's Bike Shop before your first visit.

Review: For the best ride head to Phil's South Sound Cyclery (about one mile away) to get a real riding trail map - free. It is the only way to navigate and get to the technical trails imba trails etc. There are over 8 miles of single track MTB trails but you've gotta know how to find them using the map and staying on the upper boundary. If you hit the stairs, you've gone towards the beach which isn't choice riding territory. Again, The best trails are on the upper region. Also, don't trust all the signs accept the ones posted in the trees. Vandals have been known to lift the ground trail direction markers. The ones posted in the trees seem to be more accurate in conjunction with the map. If you hit all the 8 miles of trails its about a 2 hour ride.
