Description: The trail alternates from forest to meadow along Crescent Cr and eventually begins long, gradual grades that climb up 1300’ in 3.5 miles. Spruce forest give way to Birch & Aspen as the trail drops into the Crescent Creek Canyon and then on to Crescent Lake. A trail continues on around the southern shore of the lake but is very primitive and not maintained.
