The trailhead is located in Paynes Prairie State Park. It is located just north of Micanopy on HWY 441. If you are coming from I-75 take exit 374 and head east. Drive about two miles and you will come to HWY 441. Take a left and Paynes Prairie is on the left about a mile down the road.
