Description: Larger, lollipop loop. Ride up the rough and rocky gravel road, past the picnic area to the next intersection (Olson Tower Rd.). Go left on Olson Tower Rd. and ride to the end at Olson Tower. Note you will pass Canyon Rim Trail just a couple hundred feet short of Olson Tower on your left. After enjoying the Tower and views from the top (you can climb to the top of this Fire Tower), then ride back down to Canyon Rim and begin the fun, technical ride back to the vehicle. Unless you like punishment, do not ride this trail from Davis, up the mountain and back. Way too many road miles.
