Sweet Downhill. the end of the trail pops out on cox valley road. Leave a car at the bottom and shuttle up to black mountain. The downhill is 3.8 miles and very scenic. One of the highest points on the plateua.

Recent upgrades to the trail make it a sweet semi-downhill run. Fairly short, mostly down hill. Some of the best views on the plateau. Trail is very fast and mostly clean. Few trees lying down and very few roots. Mostly large rocks flow easily with the trail.

Similar Trail: Join the connecting trail on hwy 68 unless it is part of the cumberland trail now. (not sure)
