Description: Beacham Trail is one of four trails in the Lake Leatherwood Park. The trail surface is mostly hard packed with some sections of rock ledges. The terrain is mostly level with short ascents & descents. Most of the trail can be ridden by beginners with some technical sections also. The trail can be ridden in either direction, I prefer to ride clockwise.

This is a great trail to ride for most any skill level. It's very scenic and a good ride when it's hot because you can jump in the lake after your ride. Lots of roots and hard pack with a few creek crossings.

Just a all around good trail, has about everything you could ask for. This trail is a bit on the hard side if your just a beginner. However this was the first real trail i had ever done and i was already getting the hang of it the second time through, and clockwise is for sure the best way to go on this trail.

This is a nice trail, but not "easy" as rated in the first review. Lots of loose rock, ledges, and roots. Combine with leave-cover, and what you've got is a trail that's a bit more difficult. Great scenics, tho!

This trail is a pretty fun ride with a nice view from the Limestone Dam. For a more technical ride... try starting on Fuller Trail which joins up with Beecham... as the beginning of Beecham is not singletrack. For the more advanced riders, Twin Knobbs trail at Lake Leatherwood is pretty sick!! I did it counterclockwise and the climb up at the beginning kicked my &^*%. I would rate Lake Leatherwood as a whole, one of the greatest riding spots in NWA, go check it out!!!
