Description: This network of trails are really ATV/moto/4x4 trails, but there are MTB users there as well. But because of the nature of the ground here, and the dirt-bikes, the trails are usually pretty sandy and gravelly. This however doesn\'t preclude a good MTB experience. At the top of the hill, there are some wicked fast descents, and lots of booters for launching. Down near the bottom there is a small stream with banked areas and several crossings, rollers, pumpers, and general fudging around opportunities. Just be aware of your surroundings, as the motos can come up on you fairly fast.

The B street trail network is a decent length, paved trail network in colorado springs. Its nothing special as it just branches out to some smaller paved trails through the downtown part of the city. overall a decent place to ride if your just looking to get some excersise after work or cant get out to any of the more mountianous trails.

I rode out here today, but it appears that the land has been bought by a mining company/reclamation project. Does anyone know if we still have access to this area? Update: I talked to the mining reclamation company that owned it about six years ago. The land was sold at auction to a national home developer company. I followed the information trail that far, but it appears that the land is owned by a private company. Beyond that, I do not know what access rights the public has to the land. If anyone has any more information, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
