Description: A sick course with an urban edge to it, burms, jumps, steps, ramps and hug gaps. It's the only course of it's kind and I promise if you miss this you will regret it, that's how much of a thrill you will get. Riders from all abilities are welcome to ride it, there are go-arounds if you choose to go around something.

I do not recommend going there thru the city.. From reading, go 12E to Spring Valley Rd, head south (right) off the hiway and then left onto McKnights Gap. Follow that up to the stop sign and take a left, then a quick right onto Skyline Rd. Follow Skyline Rd a bit, you can't miss the big fire tower and communications tower up there.

Hey guys the trail starts at the MT. Penn fire tower when u enter the parking lot go right past the tower to the stage type thing go down the stairs to the right and youll see the trail in the woods go go down and have fun my friend and I have figured out the best way down to Antietam Lake which is where we park our other car message me tbee0505@verizon(dot)net Ill let ya know when we are going Blue Mt I am told is also awasome 30 bucks on the weekend

Airfield is actually Drenkel Field, home of the Flying Dutchmen model airplane field along Skyline Drive on Mt. Penn. You can also access that area either from behind or to the right of the William Penn Memorial Fire tower. There is also another area behind the over look that's just before the Pagoda, that entire area is called the network . Mt Penn, front and back is the best riding around. There is fast down hill, single track technical down hill, killer cross country and some serious hill climbing. The trails are sort of marked but there are off shoots everywhere. If you get lost just go up or down, depending on where you started. you will always come to a road because the system crosses several back roads. Have fun its worth it. Most of Reading doesn't know what it has right in its back yard. Did I mention the historic ruins? * Review edited 4/29/2010
