Pros: Technologies
Suspension design
Quick
Fast

Cons: Gets twitchy at high speeds
Not the most stable in the air

Recommendation: These Pro's and Con's show the traits of every XC race bike. This is one of the best aluminum race bikes you can get. It has all the bells and whistles from trek. Full Floater, 4 bar suspension, DRCV, propedal, Hydro formed aluminum frame, ABP. And this all achieves one fast XC race day bike.

Model/Year: 2010

Pros: Super light. When I bought mine from the retailer we weighed it and it was only 26lbs. Handles great.

Cons: None so far.

Recommendation: I am glad I bought this bike. I was deciding between the Trek Fuel EX series or this one. I found this one new from the retailer at $2100. A steal in my opinion. Only thing I would say frustrated me was it was stated they were tubeless ready but you still have to but the strips to go in the rim.
