Pros: Great shifting front and back, tight brakes, shocks are very responsive, great for climbs.
Cons: Not super easy to whip around, and I had to put a different front suspension in to keep it from bottoming out.
Recommendation: I cannot say enough good things about this bike, it has made me love mountain biking so much more. Climbs are a breeze, downhills are easy to get some major speed, the shifters and brakes have never let me down. I know exactly what I'm going to get out of this bike every time I go riding and I'm never disappointed.
