Description: Starts off melow with a few small hills to get the adreneline pumping. Has a few hand placed rock obstructions. About 5 miles in you come to a split with signs saying "more difficult" and "most difficult". The most difficult has tough hills and hair pin corners with drop offs sometimes 20 feet Then there is a climb that is about 20 minutes long until you get to a section of down hill too fast to peddle for about 3 minutes until you hit a quick curvy section that is very tight and technical until you hit the end of the track back where you started. This Track is very easy to get turned around on considering theres skiing trails and atv trails crossing everywhere. Make sure you have a map and lots of water.

I would highly recommend a full suspension bike for the Rock Lake trails. The name says it all... lots of rocks! I had a hard tail and was pretty sore after 10 miles in. Fun trails though.
