Nice people. Just because they sell Trek and high end bikes doesn't mean they know how to service them. I love to support the small independent shop and tried this one, but won't recommend going out of my way for this one. Its a sad day when the new corporate bike shop in town out performs the established independent. It's also disappointing when your bike comes back worse after spending the money and time.
Excellent, small shop and customer friendly. Bruce (shop owner) is very knowledgeable and quick with most repairs while you wait. Holds weekly MTB and street rides, day and night.
