Pros: the 3.0 is a great bike for beginners and intermediate riders iv been riding for about 30 years and i love my 3.0

Cons: the only thing is the lack of suspension

Recommendation: i just got my 3.0 about a week ago and i have no complaints here the gears shift smooth on the rear derailer and the front derailer is just as smooth without chain rattle get a 3.0 adventure its a nice bike
