Pros: light, quick, agile, geometry, xx components
Cons: brakes get spongy - need bleeding
Recommendation: kinda pricey but once you ride it you forget about the price. all that I expected!

Cons: The rear triangle is notorious fork cracking at the cradle.

Pros: Super light compared to my 29er hardtail. Super responsive steering. Everything about this bike screams quality. I'm not used to a bike of such quality. My neighbor gives two thumbs up.
I picked up a 23" 2012 model for about half off at Bicycle Village in Boulder, CO ($2800).
Cons: Knowing that I will eventually crash or lay it down.
Recommendation: If you can find this bike on sale buy it!
