Comment: St. Louis Area Mountain Bikers (SLAMB) is a group of recreational mountain bikers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced and expert. We ride all of the singletrack trails in the area as well as trails in the surrounding regions and other states. Group rides are scheduled during the week and on weekends. We plan night rides, day trips and weekend camping/bike trips plus post bike shop events, races and more.
