We came all the way the from New York to Allentown to ride the D&L trail. On arrival at the trailhead we had a problem with the TCU of the Specialized eBike not booting up.
We called Cutters and they said come by and we check it out immediately, and hopefully we can get you on the trail. Lisa ran a diagnostic and it came back to life and the day was saved! Lisa refused to take even money for it. Great service and super friendly people! Highly recommended!
