Very nice till you buy s bike, then I got the feeling they were annoyed I brought it in for a new bike tune up. Seem to know what they're doing just poor service.
Of Paul's several shops here in Eugene, this is the one that specializes in MTB. They have an ample selection of bikes ranging from high quality entry-level hardtails, to top-of-the-line downhill bombers. The staff is knowledgable and skilled; there is a full-service repair shop; and they have an extensive stock of components and supplies on hand, as well as clothing and accessories. This store also often has used bikes for sale. I recently bought a gently-used GT Avalanch for $200.00. The Judy RockShock alone is worth more than that. Their prices are competitive, and they stand by what they sell.
