Definitely recommend for either getting your bike fixed of if your in the market for a new. I brought my old bike it to get fixed and Jeff stopped what he was doing to give it a look over. Turns out it was time to replace my bike and and they were very helpful in finding a bike that fit my style that was within my budget.
The Huntersville/North Charlotte area has been in dire need of a good shop for a while now - and I think they've got it! I took my bike in for a slight rear D adjustment and offered to drop it off. Mark stopped what he was doing and looked at it immediately - he made the adjustment and had me take it out for a spin to see if he cured the issue...which he did. He also checked out the rear suspension linkages while making the adjustments and recommended another shop for a part it might need.
When I offered to pay, he said the adjustment was a minor fix and on the house.
So, to show my appreciation, I decided to buy a jersey but the size I needed had sold out... Ty called the supplier and ordered exactly what I was looking for while I was standing there! He even gave me the closeout sale price on the jersey!
That's all GREAT customer service in my book!
The shop offers a mix of about 60% road bikes-leisure bikes / 40% mountain bikes. As far as mountain, they carry: Cannondale, Giant, Raleigh
They also had a sweet 29er in the display window - indicating there is a pretty good range of mountain types to choose from there.
