Q: Is it okay for begeners? Looking to bring my girlfriend would it be okay for her. Never ridden trails before. -KrushinKeystones

A: No, 3-Stages would be a terrible introduction to mountain biking for a beginner. The Black Diamond rating is accurate and the warnings below about GPS should not be under estimated. I wouldn't take anyone into 3-Stages with anything less than a solid year of Blue Square Trail riding and 5.5 inch Full Suspension bike and trusted GPS unit.

Q: Do people ride here in the winter? -Downhill Mike

A: Yes. The snowshoers apparently pack trails enough for lots of fat bike fun.

A: Yes free. It's a public conservation area on the Bruce Trail. Just leave it better than you found it.
