Stay away from this place. He'd rather sleep on his couch than provide customer support. Gave him my bike at 10:15 am, because that's when he finally got to work, told him I'd be back at 3:30 pm to pick it up. He said no problem, he'd have it ready. At 3:40 I showed up at his business, the doors were locked, and I could see him on the couch. I could see movement on the pc he had on his lap. I called his cell phone, no answer. Call his business phone, no answer. It took calling 911 for him to finally come and open the doors. If I could give a minus I would.

Ben does an incredible job for a very reasonable price. I've never been more pleased with a bike mechanic

Shiftworks & Ben has always taken care of me & my MTBs. He has been very quick & professional in responding to requests. The shop is cozy, clean, & organized. Ben is always accommodating & spends time explaining better ways to maintain your MTB. The waiting area is comfortable & always welcomed by his playful dog. He has replaced a few spokes, sonic cleaned my cassette, fixed a ding on my rim, etc, so quickly in time for my next MTB trip. I would highly recommend Ben & Shiftworks for all your MTB needs. Not only are the prices very competitive, he offers snacks & drinks too.

Ben is the best mechanic. He takes care of your bike like it's his own. He won't let you leave unless you are completely happy with the way your bike runs. He is fast, friendly, and takes care of his customers.

Ben does amazing work for a great price. He is quick, friendly, and super responsive. He is also really involved in the bike community in Ogden. He takes the sane time and care to tune an entry level bike for a beginner as he does a several thousand dollar bike for a racing pro, making your bike as good as it can be at any price range.

Great place to get a time up. Plenty of drinks and snacks, as well as some comfortable seating, and USB ports around the work bench to charge if you need to. Ben is one of the best bike mechanics in northern Utah. You won't find a better shop around.
