They have a wealth of knowledge/experience and the owner and staff have the miles in to back it up. They offer service and support before/after the sale. We’ve purchased a bike and smart trainers from the shop. They make sure to set you up with exactly what you need and stand behind their products. They’ve handled short notice repairs when we were scheduled to leave on trips and bailed us out on a few occasions. They plans rides in the community and are a great group of people to work with.
Ric and the gang are a treat to work with. They are near Chestnut Ridge. This was handy when I had some tubeless troubles - they got me in and taken care of with enough day light to get a lap in. Solid folks.
