Great shop with a lot of good staff. Great service and help with choosing a good mountain bike or maintaining one.

** UPDATED **Worst bike shop and return policy/guarantee ever!! After 39 days the derailleur got wrapped around the spoke during a ride. They maintained they had no idea how it happened. The refused to let me return it (after 39 days) and they refused to help fix it all they said was that I had to pay additional money to fix it -- this came from the owner and the manager Tom. I was highly disappointed and I will never purchase fr this shop again, horrible parts and horrible service. Lesson learned, if your paying for a new bike find a place where they have a good warranty ... Something beyond 30 days ... There are many quality shops as I'm finding out just be sure to take your time and do research.
*** UPDATE **** the manager Tom called me asking me to take down my review ... and when I said no he asked to speak to my husband, because I was not being fair ... Actually Tom, not being fair is when you chose to force someone to purchase a care plan in order to fix a bike with crappy components that failed on a ride, which ended up costing more than had I just payed cash for them to fix it. I told Tom if he didnt like my comment to change their return policy and have a better guarantee. He refused. This company is the worst I've ever purchased from if the company wants to call me talking about whats fair and what is not, then don't cheat people out of being able to return a thousand dollar bike when components fail, he tried blaming me several times saying that my bike was scratched and it must've been something I had done to get the derailleur stuck in the spoke. Completely false claims to not accept blame for failed components and do the right thing and fix the bike. I have lost all faith in this company. Beware if buying from here.

Agreed--not the shop or the bike manufacturer's fault.

Actually, if your derailleur ended up in the spokes, that's not a fault of the bike's... that can really only happen due to a crash or some other sort of misuse. While maybe this shop doesn't have the best customer service, it sounds to me like you're the one that's being unreasonable here. Bikes break--you'd better get used to it.

I've been riding a TREK for 20 years, and when it comes to TREK, these guys have it all. This is not an elitist shop; this is a good down to earth friendly shop full of gear heads who ride the same trails. Love this place!
