Dropped off my old cheap bike. They installed new cables, rims, tires, tubes and a tune up. Ready for the trails now. Overall very professional and knows the bike business. They're my number bike techs!
Great shop! Only bike shop that could get me a used bike since I didn't have the money for a new bike. They helped me with all the upgrades I requested and where extremely polite.

Decent at best. This once was a GREAT shop but with several changes in ownership the customer service has become questionable at best. I was in the store on 6/9/07 for 30 minutes and still noone had even greeted me let alone ask if they could help me with something.
