Owner treats people like dirt and is extremely rude. Even cussing at children and makes the buver's experience feel sickening. Went in to buy a bike and my 5 year old daughter wanted to buy her sister a bell for her birthday he came cussing over at us for trying the bells as one of the bells fell apart just with one touch not even my child touching this one specifically myself. Falls apart and he comes stomping over and says this is not a fucking Walmart don’t touch anything we are not here to baby sit your children this is not a day care. I was so appalled as I never leave my children alone anywhere being 5-3 and nor did I have any expectations of anyone taking responsibility for my children but me. I feel so disgusted and to yell at my children is not okay. There is a way to talk to people about circumstances or a situation and he blew a gasket and this wasn’t even the first time.
Over all I will not be returning. The employees were great but i truly pity when they have to be in the owners presence for he has no sense of hospitality or respect for anything!

Not only these guys these guys have been around for the longest time, the knowledge, level of service, attention to details, showroom, prices etc are beyond excellence. This is a family business, and the life and pride of the owners. I love every time I go visit them. Marty and Wahnita will always go above and beyond so you walk out the door smiling. Definitely recommend this bike shop

I purchased my Norco fluid from first cycle works, Marty (store owner) was very helpful in this process and treats all his customers with respect. They have that small town bike shop feel and Its my first choice if I need anything bike related.
