I've bought 3 mountain bikes here. Some Saturday mornings I find an excuse to stop by chain reaction. I love this bike shop and the people that work here.
BEST SHOP IN THE AREA! Hands down. A buddy and I actually went to all three of the local bike shops on the same day and everything about chain reaction was better than all of the other shops. They had the best prices, friendliest staff and the overall feel of the store is inviting and comfortable. They have training and bike fitting for road bikes on the top floor, not in to road biking but it was cool to watch. The staff answered all my questions without hesitation. I'm a DIY type of guy so I like when a shop tells me how to do something instead of recommending me bring it in for them to do it. I will be doing all of my bike part shopping here from now on, it's worth the extra 15 min drive.
