Not the worst but pretty bad! Snobbish attitudes and no selection so they try to up sell really hard to the point of a cheap car salesman. And they barley stock anything . order on demand kind of shop
This is a very busy shop and unless you parade around St Louis in spandex that says Sunset Cyclery, be prepared to wait for your bike to be repaired. If you buy an accessory today, you can either put it on yourself in the parking lot, or leave your bike for a week and put them on speed dial. They don't call when they are done.
This shop has a very good selection and their prices are fair. The owner is awesome and has a good thing going and can fix you up with a good deal. Buy the spandex and maybe you'll get your bike back.
