I have the same bike. Beware that the rim’s are not tubeless ready. You will have to do a hack job. And tape rim but beware the if you look closely at rim you can see where the ends meet. Air will leak out from these area when pumping up. For me due to the frustration of buying the bike to be told tubeless ready and find out a year later it wasnt,then tried to convert to tubeless only to be foiled by the wholes. Note that when you put in sealant it will seal those holes. But the rim isn’t made for it.

I started mtb 2 years ago and hardtail is the way to go for your first mtb. Modern geo is a must. What I’d did was go out for 6 months by myself and kinda learn on my own or if you know of others that have hardtail stick with them first as they can show you how to ride. Which is alot different from full suspension. But you will still enjoy the experience.
Started with a trek x caliber 7.
Also have now 2019 stumpy.
You will have fun you just need to build up endurance to enjoy the bike fully. The last 2 weeks I have been on the hard tail and it’s such I different experience but I great way to start mtb. Hardtail then full sus.
But remember the more you ride the better you’ll get.

Nope getting out today with a few peeps. But we keeping distance from one another on trail with guidelines of no spitting and tire bumps only ,no fist bumps.

Thanks for the info. As i thought this as well but researching it seems no one has been mixing sealants since a couple of years ago so i wanted to ask because my LBS said it was okay without really cheking but i assume that they do this quite frequently so they havent heard on any issues. the only thing that was verified is you need to make sure they are both latex based. which they are but i guess bontrager is a bit differrent where the sealant doesnt dry out as fast as Stan’s does so wanted to verify first.

thanks Jeff for the pic. i will have to send to my LBS and see what can fit my bike. as for the Pulleys it rained this morning and plan on going out tonight i will try the silicone spray to see if it helps.
Yes that is the piece i am looking for but have found multiplies on the sites. Aero loc and aero loc-5 are 2 that i have found i am not sure which one works for this helmet though. As it seems it is all one piece rather than the Aero loc pieces that are only the adjustment dial .

JGMTB thanks fro the reassurance as i was think that maybe buy the LT Stumpy and try to shorten the length on travel to suit the New England area but at the same time i would be able to bring the bike out west or anywhere with no worries on whether the bike can handle it. that was my thinking before now might get a stump st maybe swap out the drivetrain to eagle as the ST doesnt come with it until you get into the carbon.

I am also a beginner and just got my first new bike.at the shop I was think the same think as to upgrading the bike over time. They told me because of the layout of the bike you can only upgrade so much and not really worth it because the money you put in you can just bu a new one.
You can upgrade the fork and I think do disc brakes. I would look up a few vids on how to upgrade and say your self a few bucks going to the shop. Imop I would avoid used forks as you never know how much they’ve been used or why they are letting it go.
