  • Ha… Using the wheel from the rental was my first inclination actually, unfortunately it didn’t fit cause the discs were very different sizes 😢 Ah well, live and learn! It just made for a good story 😆

Did you see the new crankworx stuff being built???I’m still riding the old stuff for now and havent started to hit the newer stuff, although that’s what’s so exciting about wp right now is that there are even more trail’s planned for the next 5 year’s with approval.

I did see all the stuff being built for Crankworx and it was all kinds of exciting. It was actually my first time riding at WP and I loved it. I can’t wait to see all the new stuff they’re planning to come up with. Although, I had my worst blonde moment yet on Sunday… I forgot the front tire of my bike back in Greeley in my garage 😈 so that sucked, I had to rent a bike and it was in horrible shape. Made me love my bike even more

My bf and I are hitting up WP tomorrow… Is their new terrain as fantastic as they advertise it to be? We’re definitely excited to see where they’re gonna have CrankWorx tho… 😃

I may have found a reason to at least check out a 29er for myself and other clydesdale rider’s.

I don’t really know how big you are Steve but my bf is 6’7" and ~300ish, when he got on a 29 it was like night and day for him.

Ah, very nice. I thought you meant you were playing on the stairs by the 16th St mall or something… haha

have you tried the new G2 technology.? If so your argument is flawed. 😏

I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical about 29ers until I rode the new Fisher with the G2 and I think that I am in love. I just took it on a pretty easy trail up at Lory, was there for demo day yesterday, and fell in love. It feels so much more stable than anything I have ever ridden because you have more wheel in front and behind you. If only I could include giddyness in my post… 😃 😃 😃 😃 😃 😎

😀 Thats a great pic of your baby! I rode a couple Santa Cruz when I was shopping, good stuff! So about this Labor Day get together… I saw the posts about them and am wondering how many people are actually going and kinda how it all works. It sounds absolutely amazing!

Downtown is full of obstacles and challenges..

The person who got me into MTB was almost arrested for riding around downtown denver. The cop was in a super bad mood and was yelling at them as he and his friends rode away. Funny at the time but be careful ;) 😆

heya aa! Thanks for the welcome!! I’m always looking for mtb advice, I really fell in love with the sport in 2004 but didn’t get my first good bike until last year when I was living up in Vail. I have a 2007 Kona Dawg Deluxe… I love it!
