As to # 1 on the five no-no’s, you mention steering the bike with your weight. We call that sphincter stearing 😆

Big Creek is good if it’s not raining. It has a Pump Track, Down Hill and decent XC riding. Nothing too hard or life threatening. Close to shops, food and BEER and you can buy beer on Sundays now. 😄 Later,

A beer after a good ride is a must! We call it a victory beer, victory over the trail and the retention of life and limp 😆

Dude sounds great. can’t wait to hit the trails. I have the whole weekend off now, will spend it with the wife. What time do you want to hit the trail? I loaded my bike in the back seat of my truck last week,"just in case" I find a minute to ride. I loaded all my other gear up yesterday. Not much to speak of mostly water, food, brain bucket, and of course tubes. I flat almost every time I go. I’m not too fat just ride wrong I guess. I got a tube from sunlite I think will help.

If scotkrzy can ride the more the better. I may need to make more trips up ya’lls way to hit different trails. I try to do trail work either on Wednesdays of Thursdays the weeks i am not working. Mostly at Carter.

Hey hey Razor Ray, I can ride alittle 😉 I enjoy the fast flowy trails also and SC is exactly that, we went out there this past sunday and it rocked as usual. Gonna hit up the GFT with CP Saturday and back to SC with the girls on Sunday (the 4th and 5th). I live in north east Orlando, UFC area and try to ride alot though as CP said newly puchased house eats time and travel money 😏 anyway Bro hit me up any time if it’s possible I’ll ride!

Did you make the trip yet? If not hit Blankets everyone will love it. Also if you do have time and money and do Tibbs/Milma/Windy Gap make sure to stay at Mulberry Gap and ride Bear Creek along with the Pinhoti sections.

Whats up Tj, thanks for the info! Nah we we didnt make it as planned couple people backed out and Christmas hit purty hard. Might be a bit chilly up there fer this Florida boy right now anyway 😆 I am gonna plan somethin in the spring and ride out by my self if I have to! Again brother thanks and if you in the Orlando area hit me up and I’ll show ya some good local trails. And always…

If you want to ride DJ, Blankets Creek and Big Creek are where it’s at. Big Creek also has a pump track as well as two different DJ lines. Anything north of there (in Georgia at least) and it’s basically all XC/AM.

Let me know if you have any other specific questions.

Very cool bro thanks. When I say the boys I mean my kids. Gotta find somethin for them to play on cause they get bored on XC/AM trails, me and the rest of the group ride anything thats fast fun or scary 😮 so i’m tryin to find somewhere that has somethin for everyone.
I’ve seen some of your posts and want to spend a month or two in No. GA/NC area ridin 😃 Once again thanks and…

The dual slalom run has been modified a bit and is really more of a single wide run with passing room everywhere but the last big jump at the finish. It has also been shortened back to it’s original length. There is a big pressure treated bridge filling in the gap on what would be a big double, much thanks for the time and money spent building that!

The rest of the trail is doing great! There is one log crossing that got taken out to put in a gas line where it bordered a neighborhood but it’s rollin nicely other than that.Someone had also redone the bridge over the dry creek bed and it is in great shape now too.

I feel the one thing the trail is lacking,at least for now,is a good drop to a transition.I’m going to see what I can do about that. 😎

Now I’m really kickin myself 😆 Sounds awesome probly be back at Ginnie for Memorial day, not gonna miss the Rock again TTYL

I had this issue for a while I almost gave up jumpin and I’m still weak at it but a friend was followin me when this happened and said ‘dude your pedals were uneven’ meaning one was up the other down. The downside was the direction I was crashin. ‘Keep ’em flat’ he said and that took care of that issue of jumpin, now I just gotta grow bigger berries 😆 😆 and watch the afore metion videos repeatedly. Have fun and…

Sounds good bro, keep checkin here and we’ll hook up sometime, somewhere. It’s nothin for us to load up and roll out an hour or two for a good trail. We like the Lakeland area trails and head that way alot. Damn I didn’t realize you were so far up there. I’d look into Georgia too, anyway we’ll hook up bro.
