Hey thanks for the reply Terry. I wanted a hifi and tried (unsuccessfully) to score a few different ones used….with race season coming up, and competition for good buys fierce I figured I’d just bite the bullet and spring for the new model.

Yeah I am riding clipless, but this is new to me too. I’ve rode clipless a few times but most familiar with flats and toe clips. I played around with my suspension and I think I was probably a little soft before as I’m getting some decent lift on my bunny hops now. I’ve probably been overthinking it…been doing a little bit more reading and sounds like I can just let the suspension do it’s job by just unweighting the bike. Just trying to gain as much knowledge as I can before I hit the local singletrack. Tried speed hopping today, but the ass end still feels heavy for me but I’m sure I’ll figure it out. Anyway thanks for the input, it’s much appreciated. Feels good to be back on two wheels! Keep the rubber down man
